A local investor will take ownership of the empty I-90 Corporate Plaza in Bellevue today after placing a high bid of $4.95 million in an auction held by Zions First National Bank.
The 73,801-square-foot office building is one of the area's monuments to the dot-com bust. The roughly $20 million structure has stood empty and bleeding money since construction finished two years ago, after the dot-com bubble burst.
