What Preston industrial developer Tom Bernard won't do to get high.
To bond with his 20-year-old son while pulling off a world-first, Bernard and son Jamie, along with a pilot and a copilot, floated over Mount Rainier last fall in a blue-and-gold-colored hot-air balloon named The Bernard Balloon.
