With growing tenant roster, West Canal Yards could be yours to buy and fill

We didn't seem that coming — then or now. Back in 2019, with partners, Unico Properties acquired the over 9-acre waterfront industrial property now called West Canal Yards That has two buildings at 1110-1120 W. Ewing St., on the south side of the ship canal in Interbay.

Graham Baba building fetches $3M

A commercial property at 1507 Belmont Ave. sold last week for a bit over $3.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was 1507 Belmont Corp., which had owned the building for decades.
