Graham Baba building fetches $3M

SEATTLE — A commercial property at 1507 Belmont Ave. sold last week for a bit over $3.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was 1507 Belmont Corp., which had owned the building for decades.

The buyer was Stratton Interests, a local family investor group.
