Real Estate Buzz: Panattoni may lure Simmons to Sumner

Simmons Mattress has signed a letter of intent to lease about 150,000 square feet of warehouse space that Panattoni Development would build in Sumner, according to buzz in the industrial trenches.
Simmons' current landlord, John Pietromonaco, says that if the deal closes it will mean Panattoni dug really deep to land Simmons.
