Watch for a buyer to emerge soon for the roughly 130,000-square-foot Alderwood Plaza shopping center in Lynnwood.
The Hawaii-based Estate of James Campbell, which owns various properties around the Puget Sound area, has been offering the retail center for sale at about $20.5 million. Word has it that a local investment group has it tied up.
