Real Estate Buzz: WaMu-SAM tower up for a MUP

Washington Mutual and the Seattle Art Museum this week submitted their city master use permit application to develop a 42-story skyscraper next to SAM in downtown Seattle.
The tower would house 850,000 square feet of offices for WaMu and a 300,000-square-foot museum expansion.
