Cornish College bought a fourth property near Lenora Square in Seattle's Denny Triangle area, giving it enough real estate for its new campus there, at least for a while.
The performing and visual arts college paid members of the Murphy Varey architecture firm $4.6 million for the 42,000-square-foot Ninth and Lenora Building back in April.
