Barbara Allen and Bill Donahoe, who specialize in selling new homes in planned communities, have taken their operation from Coldwell Banker Bain to Windermere Real Estate.
The move allows the high-volume sellers to become franchise owners, which couldn't happen at Coldwell Banker Bain.
