The 76-story Bank of America Tower in downtown Seattle is one-fourth vacant.
That's not unexpected, even though it's about 10 percentage points higher than the vacancy rate for all of downtown Seattle. The 1.5 million-square-foot skyscraper's biggest vacancy, created when Preston Gates & Ellis moved to the new IDX Tower, became official in January but has been known for about two years.
