A downtown Vancouver, B.C., condo developer wants to induce buyers by offering each a membership in a car-sharing program and providing seven shared cars at the complex.
The seven vehicles will cost developer Wall Financial Corp. more than $200,000 Canadian. But Wall Financial calculates that people who opt to share cars instead of owning their own will have more money to spend on a mortgage.
