Don't count the Children's Hospital research unit as a done deal just yet for Vulcan's space in South Lake Union.
A lease of more than 25,000 square feet in Vulcan and Harbor Properties' planned 307 Westlake Building looked pretty close to final a week ago, say sources familiar with the hospital's search for off-campus research space.
