Real Estate Buzz: Local Lowe execs form new company

Craig Wrench, Ric Anderson and the rest of Lowe Enterprises' Seattle office management group recently left to form their own property management and investment company called Washington Real Estate Holdings LLC.
They took with them contracts to manage five office buildings and a large warehouse, via an agreement they cut with Lowe. They're also backed by the Washington State Investment Board, the state's large public pension fund.
