Reacting to the recession, Murray Franklyn Family of Companies and Tom Nickerson have redacted a sizable office component from the 23-story tower they propose to develop on the site of the former Crystal Pool natatorium in Belltown.
The developers recently notified the city, which is working through the project's master use permit application, that they want to eliminate the offices and replace them with 56 more condos, for a total of 191 condos.
