Flush with his cut from this week's $64.75 million sale of the Millennium Tower offices, Seattle developer Greg Smith is looking south, as far as San Diego.
"Yeah, I'm going to open a little office in San Jose," said Smith, who recently left Martin Smith Inc. to form his own investment and development firm, Gregory Broderick Smith Real Estate. "Just a little branch office of GBS."
