Real Estate Buzz: TA targeting Lincoln Plaza for $31M

Principal Life Insurance appears to have a buyer lined up for its Lincoln Plaza office complex on Southeast Sixth Street in Bellevue's Mercer Slough area.
And the buzz on who the buyer is: TA Associates, which is expected to pay about $31 million for the nearly 150,000 square feet, built in 1988.
