Weidner sells 387 Lynnwood units for $112M

The former Larch Alderwood apartments, at 15001 35th Ave. W. in Lynnwood, sold last week for $112 million, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was Renaissance Two LLC, associated with local shop Weidner Apartment Homes, which had owned the property for decades.
