Kidder Mathews starts leasing effort for Kent Manufacturing & Innovation Campus

This view looks east at the two proposed buildings.

Back in February, in Kent, Mortenson Development was tapped to develop over 9 acres of city-owned land, then without an address. The city is now using 914 W. Meeker St., which is just east of Highway 167, extending south to Willis Street. The project went into SEPA review this spring, and the city issued a SEPA determination of non-significance earlier this month. The public comment period ends July 31.
