The real estate marketing tool still is in use and is especially popular in remote areas where an agent’s listings can be miles - and precious minutes – apart. Why not give potential buyers a taste of a home’s amenities by installing a radio transmitter capable of broadcasting an audio message within 300 feet of the front door?
