NEW YORK – The man behind the tallest residential building in the world had just been handed a $10 million present.
“We had a buyer who was interested in three of our floors, including penthouses, for $40 million,’’ said Donald Trump, of a Middle Eastern purchaser in his Trump World Tower (http://www.trumpworldtower.com/), a huge smoked-glass box that rises 90 stories above Manhattan. “He defaulted which left me with a $10 million present. That’s really better than selling."
