Investors Capital Group

Investors Capital Group (ICG), a boutique multifamily investment firm headquartered in Seattle announced the acquisition of “Vertical East,” a 109-unit multifamily property located in Tucson, Arizona. The property includes amenities such as a leasing office, pool/spa, dog park, and bbq/picnic area.

ICG believes in the durability of the greater Tucson market. According to ICG Acquisition Manager Bret Halpin, “Tucson continues to demonstrate favorable long-term fundamentals, supported by population growth, relative affordability, and a diversified employment base.”

ICG Multifamily Analyst August Evans noted that Tucson has been consistently adding to its employment base over the last decade.
