Townhouse plan for Eastgate RV park

BELLEVUE — Almost immediately south of Interstate 90, at 15531 S.E. 37th St., the Trailer Inns RV park was developed circa 1970. It has a clubhouse, laundry, showers, etc. to serve the 96 spaces for residents who rent and park there.

Crucially, it's not a mobile home park of the sort where larger manufactured homes can't be readily towed and moved. The website caterers to travelers, not year-round residents.
