Trader Joe's, with 268 units above, gains a bit more detail at Northgate Station

Simon’s Northgate Station will have four apartment buildings. Trader Joe's is set for the M1 building (shown).

Two new apartment buildings at Northgate Station are supposed to open this autumn and next year. Those are the middle pair, dubbed M2 and M3, in a row of four mixed-use buildings from Simon Property Group. They'll have about 420 units, plus retail.
