TACOMA — A small building and yard space at the Port of Tacoma sold last week for $10.5 million, according to Pierce County records. The Port retains the land at 3402-3408 Lincoln Ave.
Seller Portside 55 East LLC is associated with Avenue 55, which had the leasehold rights for a three-phase industrial project called Portside. Avenue 55 developed the initial three buildings, which it sold in 2021 to CBRE-managed investment funds. Those were Phases I and II, aka Portside North and South.
