Taylor plans North Bend warehouse

NORTH BEND — In a previously unreported 2023 land sale, Taylor Development of Bellevue then paid $2 million for an undeveloped and unaddressed triangle of land a little west of North Bend.

That now goes by 1300 N.W. Eighth St., and a speculative warehouse project is gradually taking shape there.
