Southend industrial parks sell for $63M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The region's largest industrial deal of the year closed Friday when Rreef paid the estate of James Campbell $63 million for two South King County industrial parks.

In Tukwila, the eight-building Southcenter South Industrial Park, which totals 700,660 square feet, sold for just over $46.8 million, public records show.
