Trent Development sells Nimbus, with 165 Everett units, for $49M

The building opened in the fall of 2022; a second phase is planned across the street.

About four years ago, Trent Development began work on Nimbus, a 165-unit Everett apartment project, in the midst of the pandemic. It opened in late 2022, at 2701 Rockefeller Ave., on a former parking lot acquired from the YMCA of Snohomish County.
