Farallon Consulting hired Scott Allin as a principal environmental scientist and office manager of its new office in Sacramento, Calif. Allin is an environmental property assessor with nearly 25 years of experience in environmental liability associated with brownfields. He has provided due diligence for single properties as well as mixed-use portfolios. Issaquah-based Farallon provides environmental consulting, with offices also in Seattle, Bellingham and Portland.
