Nolen
Transportation Solutions promoted Steve Nolen to associate principal. Nolen joined the firm in early 2008 as a senior project manager. He has experience in government policy, regulation and permitting, with 13 years working in senior government positions in the Puget Sound region, including as Mill Creek city manager, King County director of strategic planners and as senior policy advisor to the King County Executive.
